The portions are very big, so even though it is a bit expensive, you get a fair amount of food. The burgers are big and pretty darn tasty. The patty itself is quite thick, it was a little dry and dense for my taste, but with the sauce and toppings it covered it up nicely. The fries were different than most places - they had a nice crunch which I enjoyed. I would probably eat here again, my biggest qualm is the price.

Since the arrival of a new managing director, things have stopped working ... When we wanted to pick up our burgers today, one of the employees gave notice loudly and even dragged on the other two women in the parking lot. Unfortunately we also had to find out that the quality had deteriorated completely ... With the Welcome Burger, the bun was like rubber and the meat was totally tough .. Conclusion: staff unfriendly and the quality of the burger has deteriorated extremely. We won't buy burgers there anymore!

Price performance and taste are really great here. At McDonald’s you don't pay more and you don't pay less either. But you definitely have the better burgers here. There is plenty of meat and salad on the burger. We have been eating here for years and are satisfied.

Burger and Co. have always been top, but 5 stars. Unfortunately I had to have bad experiences today. I was there around 6 p.m. (on the way back from the hardware store) and took a flyer with me to order food later (child had to be put to bed). At the time there were 2 couples in front of the shop. From 6:50 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. I tried to reach someone a total of 13 times. Nobody answers the phone. 5 of the attempts were a busy sign. Have now ordered elsewhere and are really disappointed.

Ordered 11/6/2020 at 18:15 for 18:45. Food only ready at 19:20. Apparently that happened to all customers last night. Patties were burnt (unfortunately no exaggeration, half went in the trash), one of the three fries and the ketchup was missing. It's a shame, so far the food has always been very, very good.

I had a chili cheese burger with french fries. The chillies were fresh (raw) chillies, I didn't like that. Overall good, but also boring. French fries were heavy in my stomach, they were crispy, but I had the impression that they were full of fat.

The food is always great. Unfortunately we had bad experiences there today because the service was very rude about the customers and did not work according to hygiene regulations (mouth protection under the chin). The preparation for the meal only started on the agreed date. It is a shame, hopefully the lady does not work any longer because otherwise you have to think about coming back.

Unfortunately, the burger was a little raw at the beginning, then I complained about it and then a new burger with new potato wedges and new sauce was brought to my place. The younger friendly (blonde) employee took great care of me, then explained to me that there was a mistake with the previous burger, apologized and also tried very hard that we as customers are satisfied 👍🏼👍🏼👍 🏼 (Top employee, personable - you want such an employee !!) Of course, the burger tasted very tasty.

The best burgers and fries you can get in Krefeld. The prices are reasonable for the portions and taste too. It's not a 0815 chain.

Very expensive!!! Quality doesn't match price. Was the first guest at noon. The sausage was cold, maybe from the day before. Staff rude! A shop without passion!

Burger was lightly burnt, other than that good - fries delicious.

The inn is truly beautifully furnished. No cheap decoration, but the colors were very harmoniously coordinated. All dishes are nicely arranged and are always served warm. I hadn't been so fascinated by an inn for a long time. Not only the attentive local staff was the absolute hit when I visited, but also the great atmosphere.

The burger was really perfect. You can eat very well by hand, in contrast to some other competitors. The french fries and mayonnaise were also very tasty. Lovely again.
